This fine watercolour painting of a tranquil English rural scene is signed (John F / Colin F ?) Rowell

The painting has been laid or stuck down onto the mount unfortunately and so is sold as seen.  However it is a well executed piece of work and dates to pre-1930, possibly Victorian.  The size of the image is approximately 15" X 11" (38 x 28cms).  If it is sold to a bidder overseas, the margins of the mount will have to be cut away, around the size of the painting in other words, to comply with size restrictions for posting.
